ONION PAKODA

INGREDIENTS
Onion-1 Big
Bengal gram flour--1/2 cup
Rice flour- 1/ 2tbsp
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Curry leaves-8-10
Mint leaves-1/2 cup
Garam masala powder-1/4tsp
Cashewsnuts-8
Fennel seeds-1/ 4 tsp
Water-1/4 cup
Baking soda- pinch
Salt-as required
Oil- to deep fry
METHOD
1.Slice onion lengthwise.And chop mint leaves roughly.
2.In a bowl add chopped onions,mint leaves and add rest items mentioned under the ingredients.
3.Now add two tbsp of hot oil to the mixture.Mix well
4.Now sprinkle water and mix well.Make it to dry mixture.
5.In a pan heat the oil ,sprinkle the mixture and deep fry it.
6.Fry until it turns golden brown colour.
7.Serve hot pakodas with coffee or tea.
